Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
AltusTV provides an internet-based television streaming service that delivers access to live TV channels, movies, series, and other video content (the "Service"). Our Service is accessible through various compatible devices including Smart TVs, mobile devices, computers, and other internet-enabled devices.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To access our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Our Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are as follows: - 1 Month: $14.99 - 3 Months: $34.99 - 6 Months: $59.99 - 12 Months: $99.99 All prices are in USD and may be changed at our discretion. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription if you wish to continue using our Service.
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: - Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons - Use our Service for any illegal activities - Redistribute or make commercial use of our content - Interfere with the proper functioning of our servers
All content provided through our Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using our Service.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Service. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
