We are confident you will love AltusTV. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, we will refund your purchase in full.

At AltusTV, we stand behind the quality of our service. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions: - Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date - The subscription has not been fully consumed or extensively used - The refund is for your first purchase only (not available for renewals) We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations outside these conditions.

The following are not eligible for refunds: - Renewal subscriptions (only the initial purchase qualifies for the 7-day guarantee) - Subscriptions purchased more than 7 days ago - Services that have been fully delivered and consumed - Partial month refunds (we do not offer pro-rated refunds) - Chargebacks without first contacting our support team

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Here's what happens when you cancel: - Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period - You will not be charged for the next billing period - No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current period - Your account will remain accessible for historical orders To cancel, simply contact our support team or stop your renewal payment.
