Device Setup Guides
- 1Download an IPTV app from your TV's app store (Smart IPTV, SS IPTV, or similar)
- 2Open the app and note the MAC address or device code displayed
- 3Contact us with your device MAC address or code to activate
- 4Wait for activation confirmation (usually within 5-10 minutes)
- 5Restart the app and enjoy your AltusTV channels
- 1Download an IPTV player from the Play Store (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or XCIPTV)
- 2Open the app and select "Login with Xtream Codes API"
- 3Enter the server URL, username, and password provided in your activation email
- 4The app will load your channel list automatically
- 5Select a channel to start streaming
- 1Download an IPTV player from the App Store (IPTV Smarters, GSE Smart IPTV, or similar)
- 2Open the app and go to Settings or Login section
- 3Choose "Xtream Codes API" as your login method
- 4Enter your server URL, username, and password
- 5Your channel list will populate automatically
- 1Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources"
- 2Search for and install "Downloader" app from the Amazon Appstore
- 3Open Downloader and enter the URL provided in your activation email
- 4Install the IPTV app APK file
- 5Open the installed app and enter your credentials
- 1Turn on your MAG device and go to Settings
- 2Select "Servers" or "Portals" from the menu
- 3Delete any existing portal URL
- 4Enter the portal URL provided in your activation email
- 5Save settings and restart the device
- 1Download and install VLC Media Player from videolan.org
- 2Open VLC and go to Media > Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N)
- 3Enter the playlist URL provided in your activation email
- 4Click "Play" to start watching
- 5Bookmark the URL for easy access in the future
- 1Open Kodi and go to Add-ons > Install from Repository
- 2Search for and install "PVR IPTV Simple Client"
- 3Go to Add-ons > My Add-ons > PVR Clients > PVR IPTV Simple Client
- 4Configure > M3U Playlist URL > Enter your provided playlist URL
- 5Enable the add-on and restart Kodi
Troubleshooting Tips
Cannot connect to server?
Verify your internet connection is stable. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Check that your credentials are entered correctly, including uppercase/lowercase letters.
Buffering or freezing?
Lower the stream quality in your IPTV app settings. Close other applications using bandwidth. Try using a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi. Restart your router and device.
Channels not loading?
Refresh your channel list in the app settings. Check if other channels work (may be a temporary server issue). Contact support if the problem persists with specific channels.
